The above prices are based on our standard designs .Alternative sizes and additional pieces are available as a custom order.  The prices are based for our standard finishes. Custom finishes are charged at $200 per item ordered.  Orders have to be placed before custom stain samples are supplied.  

All products based on our standard terms of purchase which are 50% deposit, balance due before shipping. Cancelled orders will loose the initial deposit, unless otherwise sold to another client in which case an administration fee of 15% will apply.
